Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slab, a progressive-overload fitness tracker operated by Webshapers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Slab, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must accept these Terms to create an account. If you do not agree, do not use Slab. If you use Slab on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Not medical advice
Slab is a training log and estimated-strength tool. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a qualified coach or clinician. One rep max values are approximations and can be wrong. You are responsible for how you train, including load selection, technique, rest, and whether exercise is appropriate for you. Stop and get professional help if you are injured or unsure.
3. Eligibility and account use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or use Slab for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Data and privacy
You own the training data you enter. We store it so you can use Slab, improve the product, and operate the service (including authentication, backups, and support). We do not sell your personal training logs. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share. You can request account deletion by contacting us; some records may be kept where the law requires it.
5. Subscriptions and free use
Slab may offer a free plan with limits (for example on history, routines, or custom exercises) and a paid plan with fewer limits. Features, prices, and limits can change. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Fees already charged are generally not refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout.
6. Limitation of liability
Slab is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for training injuries, lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to Slab is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) twenty-five U.S. dollars.
7. Termination
You may stop using Slab at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service. After termination, your right to use Slab ends. Sections that should survive (including limitation of liability) remain in effect.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice through the product or by email.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Webshapers LLC, the owner and operator of Slab. Use the contact details published on slab.fitness or the email associated with your account request.
